🇩🇪 Liebe Besucherinnen und Besucher,
am Abend des 10. Januar 2026 schließen wir unsere zeithistorische Ausstellung BlackBox Kalter Krieg.
Was 2012 als Provisorium für maximal drei Jahre geplant war, hat zahlreiche Gäste aus dem In- und Ausland noch weitere zehn Jahre am historischen Ort der ehemaligen DDR-Grenzübergangsstelle Friedrichstraße am Checkpoint Charlie über die Teilung Berlins, Deutschlands und der Welt informieren können.
Wir danken allen Mitarbeiter:innen und Partner:innen für die langjährige wunderbare Zusammenarbeit.
Ein besonders großes Dankeschön gilt all unseren Besucher*innen für die inspirierenden Gespräche, Eure Unterstützung und Euer Interesse.

On the evening of January 10, 2026, we will close our contemporary history exhibition BlackBox Cold War.
What was planned in 2012 as a temporary exhibition for a maximum of three years has been able to inform numerous guests from all over the world for another ten years about the division of Berlin, Germany, and the world at the historic site of the former GDR border crossing point Friedrichstraße at Checkpoint Charlie.
We would like to thank all our employees and partners for their wonderful cooperation over the years.
