WARUM LAFIGUE?

Mehr als ein Name. Eine Haltung. Ein Symbol.
Die Feige ist für uns mehr als nur eine Frucht. Sie steht für das Verborgene, das Intuitive, das Sinnliche - für all das. was nicht laut sein muss, um kraftvoll zu sein.
Ihre Form erinnert an das Weibliche - rund. weich, stark. In feministischen Kontexten wurde sie immer wieder neu gelesen: als Symbol für Körperlichkeit.
Selbstbestimmung, Rebellion und Kreativität.
Für eine Schönheit jenseits von Normen.
LaFigue ist ein Raum, in dem genau das Platz hat.
Für Tattoos, die mehr sind als Deko - sie sind Ausdruck. Erinnerung, Widerstand oder Heilung.
Dabei ist uns eines besonders wichtig:
LaFigue ist offen für alle - unabhängig von Geschlecht. Herkunft. Körper oder Identität.
Bei uns ist kein Platz für Rassismus, Faschismus.
Sexismus. Diskriminierung oder Homophobie.

WHY LAFIGUE?

To us, the fig is more than just a fruit. It represents the hidden, the intuitive, the sensual – everything that doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.

Its shape echoes the feminine – soft, round, strong. In feminist contexts, it’s been reinterpreted time and again: as a symbol of physicality, self-determination, rebellion, and creativity. A beauty beyond norms.

LaFigue is a space where all of that has room to unfold.
For tattoos that are more than decoration – they’re expression, memory, resistance, or healing.

And one thing is especially important to us:
LaFigue is open to everyone – regardless of gender, background, body, or identity.
There is no room here for racism, fascism, sexism, discrimination, or homophobia.
