Act 1
ย
She had dreamed of a moth โ Living under the surface of her skin โ Flapping around in small tunnels โ In her arms and legs โ Re๏ฌecting off her dermis โ Their forewings engraving patterned thoughts into her being โ Their hindwing tracing the paths carved out from within the subcutaneous body โ Like a moth remembers its screeching scent from its previous form โ Tucked away in this little brick cocoon โ She wonders โ Will it be painful when her bones pupate โ Or will she be left crawling on her belly โ
