حمام من الحجر الجيري عثر عليه ببقايا القصر الملكي من مدينة تل العمارنة التي شيدها اخناتون لمعبوده الجديد آتون.🚽🚻

تخيل أن يموت شريك حياتك في معركة محاولًا تحرير بلادك من مُحتل ، فلا تكتفي بذلك وتدفع بابنك الأكبر فيموت هو الآخر ، وبعدها يصبح الدور على الابن الوحيد المتبقي لك فيكمل مسيرة أبيه وأخيه وينجح أخيرًا في استعادة حرية بلاده.

هكذا فعلت (اياح حتب) واسمها الأدق هو (اعح حتب) بمعنى القمر راضي في إشارة ربما لشدة جمالها ، كانت مثالًا للتضحية والكرامة، أفنت عمرها وعائلتها بالكامل لتحرير مصر من الهكسوس الرعاة الذين استغلوا ضعف مصر واحتلوها ، فخلدت بذلك اسمها في التاريخ ومعها زوجها (سقنن رع) وابنيها (كامس واحمس).♥️🇪🇬

Imagine that your partner dies in a battle trying to liberate your country from an occupier. Do not be satisfied with that and motivate your eldest son to die as well. Then it will be your youngest and the only son left to complete the path of his father and brother but, finally succeed in restoring the freedom of his country.

This is what Ahhotep did, her name means the moon is satisfied, and perhaps it's a mention of her beauty, . . She was a symbol of sacrifice and dignity. She spared her life and her entire family to liberate Egypt from the Hyksos, the shepherds who took advantage of Egypt's weakness and occupied it, thus immortalizing her name in history, along with her husband (Seqenen Ra) and her two sons (Kamose and Ahmose I)..♥️🇪🇬

الملك في شكل تخيلي يمسك بمقمعته ويقوم بضرب أحد الأسرى في نهاية معركة ما، من المناظر المعتادة فيه الفن المصري القديم ورأيناها على صلاية الملك نعرمر "مينا" أول ملوك الأسرة الأولى.

The king, in an imaginary form, holds his oppressor and strikes a prisoner at the end of a battle. One of the usual scenes in ancient Egyptian art is that we saw it on the pallete of King Narmer "Mina", the first king of the First Dynast

" الذبابة الذهبية - The Golden Fly " 🦟🖤
أهم وسام عسكري في مصر القديمة 💂

لا مكان للتعجب في حضارتنا ، فحتى الأوسمة العسكرية كان لها نصيبًا منها ، فقد رأينا أن القادة العسكريين الكبار مثل " أحمس بن نخبت " الذي شارك الملك أحمس في كفاحه وحربه ضد الهكسوس قد مُنح 6 ذبابات ذهبيات على جدان مقبرته وهي تُمنح للذين يظهرون شجاعة وكفاءة في ميادين القتال.
وكان للنساء نصيبًا ف بالرغم من أن الملكة اعح حتب لم تشارك في الحرب ضد الهكسوس وانما كان لها دورًا وتضحية قلما نراها فقد دفعت زوجها سقنن رع وابنيها كامس وأحمس وماتوا جميعًا في هذه الحرب عدا أحمس الذي تمكن من تحريرنا من البدو الآسيويين.

لماذا الذبابة ؟ رجح العلماء رمز الذبابة ربما لحرصها على مضايقة الإنسان ! وعدم الملل من ذلك والعودة له مرارًا وتكرارًا حتى أنه كان يُعبر عنها في النصوص بلفظة ꜣꜣf وهي قريبة من اُف التي نقولها الآن! وأيضا الذباب يتجمع بميدان القتال عندما توجد الدماء فربما من هنا حدث الربط من أجل ذلك.

الصورة لعقد الملكة اعح حتب مزين بثلاثة ذبابات ذهبيات ، عصر الانتقال الثاني ، أسرة 17،حوالي 1560-1530 ق.م، عثر عليه بمقبرة الملك بذراع أبو النجا ، طيبة الغربية ، ومحفوظ بمتحف الأقصر. ♥️

Necklace of Queen Ahhotep I, or Iah (“peace of the moon”), the mother of Ahmose I. The fly symbolized tenacity, this ceremonial necklace given as award for valor in battle. This necklace, with three pendants in the form of flies, was given to queen Ahhotep by her two sons Kamose and Ahmose in gratitude for her supportive role during the struggle for liberation against the Hyksos.

The presence of this type of gold jewelry, which corresponds to a military decoration bestowed upon military leaders for their courage in the battle field, is unique in a queen’s collection. It is made of stylized flies formed of plaques of gold with two bulging eyes and an open work body.

Second Intermediate Period, 17th Dynasty, ca. 1560-1530 BC. From Dra’ Abu el-Naga’, West Thebes. Now in the Luxor Museum.

على اليمين معبد الملكة حتشبسوت بالدير البحري والذي تسلط عليه الأضواء دومًا كواحد من أهم ما بني من المعابد في عصر الدولة الحديثة لعناصره المعمارية الفريدة ونقوشه المبهرة. ولكن... ما لا يعرفه الكثيرون أن التصميم المعماري للمعبد مأخوذ من المعبد الذي نراه على يسار الصورة وهو معبد الملك "منتوحتب الثاني" مؤسس عصر الدولة الوسطى وموحد القطرين "شمال وجنوب مصر" بعد حرب اقتربت من القرن. ♥️🇪🇬

النيل كان يصل لسيناء ، وله ٧ فروع! 🏞️🌊
ربما لم يخطر ببالك أن دلتا نهر النيل كان بها ٧ فروع تصب بالبحر المتوسط وليس فرعي دمياط ورشيد فقط.
ذكر لنا هيرودوت وكذلك علماء الحملة الفرنسية السبعة فروع ورسموا الخرائط لها وهم كالتالي من الشرق للغرب:-
1️⃣ البيلوزي: هذا الفرع كان يصل بالنيل إلى سيناء ، ومجراه الآن قد يكون مطابقًا لأجزاء من ترعة الشرقاوية.
2️⃣ التانيسي: نسبة إلى تانيس بالشرقية شرق بحيرة المنزلة ، ويطابق حاليًا مجرى بحر مويس.
3️⃣ المنديسي: كان يمر بمحافظة الدقهلية ويطابق الآن البحر الصغير هناك.
4️⃣ الفاتنيتي (فرع دمياط): مازال موجود الآن.
5️⃣ السبنتيني: كان يمر بمحافظة الغربية ، وسمي بهذا الاسم نسبة إلى سمنود ، ومجراه مطابق لبحر تيره.
6️⃣ البولبيتي (فرع رشيد): مازال موجود الآن.
7️⃣ الكانوبي: جزء كبير منه يطابق بحر دياب بمحافظة البحيرة.

The Nile used to reach Sinai, and it has 7 branches! 🏞️🌊
Perhaps it did not occur to you that the Nile Delta had 7 branches draining into the Mediterranean, not just Damietta and Rashid.
Herodotus, as well as the scholars of the French campaign, mentioned the seven branches and drew maps of them, and they are as follows, from east to west: -
1️⃣ The pelusiac: This branch used to connect the Nile to Sinai, and its course now may be identical to parts of the Sharkawiya Canal.
2️⃣ The tanitic: relative to Tanis in the east, east of Lake Manzala, and currently matches the course of the Moise Bahr.
3️⃣ The mendisian: He was passing through Dakahlia Governorate and now matches the Small Sea there.
4️⃣ The phatnitic (Damietta Branch): It is still available now.
5️⃣ The Sebennytic : He was passing through the Gharbia Governorate, and was named by this name in relation to Samanoud, and its course is identical to the Tara Sea.
6️⃣ the Bolbitinic: (Rasheed Branch): It is still available now.
7️⃣ The Canobic: a large part of it corresponds to Bahr Diab in the Buhaira Governorate

"أعد إلي (بصري) يا آمون العظيم ، أنا أعزل ، لا تدعني أهلك ، لا تنساني" 📜

اوستراكا من الحجر الجيري عثر عليها بطيبة ومحفوظة بمتحف بروكلين ، تسجل تضرع ودعاء من أحد الأشخاص يسأل فيه آمون أن يرد إليه بصره.

النص مكتوب بالخط الديموطيقي ثالث خطوط اللغة المصرية القديمة ، يرجع لحوالي عام ٣٠٥ ق.م.

This ostrakon (inscribed stone or pottery fragment) records a prayer to the god Amun to restore a blind man’s sight. It concludes with the words: “Return to me, my great Lord, Amun. I am defenseless; let me not perish; do not forget me.”

Found in Thebes, preserved in Brooklyn museum, circa 305 B.C.E
