عندما يستعرض الإنسان حياة الزعيم الراحل أنور السادات يجد في كل جوانبها، في هزائمه وانتصاراته ذلك الإلهام الذي يجده في الأساطير التي أنشأها عظماء الأدباء لكي يرسموا فيها الصور الرائعة للمثل العليا للإنسانية، والذين تابعوا رحلته عبر المسيرة التي بدأها منذ فجر شبابه، والذين عاصروا فترات الإنطلاقة الثورية التي قام بها ضد الإستعمار البريطاني وضد فساد الحكم وضد الإستغلال يدركون صعوبة الحديث عنه في سطور
لأنها ليست تسجيلاً لمسيرة شخص أو عرضًا لمجالات نشاطه ولكن لأنها تسجيلاً لنضال شعب وإنتفاضة أمة. وإنه لمن النادر أن نجد رجلا يخدم البشر خدمة الإخلاص والوفاء، لا يبغي من وراء ذلك مصلحة شخصية لنفسه من مال أو جاه أو نفوذ. إنها رحلة كفاح سطرها بدمائه من أجل الوطن، عرف كل أنواع المعاناة من أجل المبادئ وحينما أتته الفرصة لتحمل المسئولية حقق أروع الإنتصارات والإنجازات لوطنه على مدار 11 عام
ويعد متحف السادات الأول من نوعه عن الرئيس الراحل في مدينة الإسكندرية، وهو يأتي في إطار توثيق المكتبة لتاريخ مصر الحديث والمعاصر؛ حيث تم تخصيص جناح كامل له بجوار القبة السماوية يقع على مساحة ٢٦٠ متراً. وسيشاهد الزائر قبل دخول المتحف عرضاً بانورامياً عن حياة السادات، عبارة عن 9 شاشات عملاقة على شكل نصف دائرة بزاوية عرض ١٨٠ وبقطر يصل إلى ١٦ مترًا؛ بما يتيح عرض المحتويات بشكل مرئي تفاعلي. كما يعرض داخل المتحف الفيلم التسجيلي عن حياة الرئيس الراحل الذي أعدته وأنتجته إدارة الإعلام بالمكتبة

Those who have followed his journey through the march which he started since the dawn of his youth, and those who have lived through the revolutions that he carried out against the British occupation, against the corruption of government and against the exploitation, aware that it is difficult to talk about him in lines because it is not a record of a person march or a presentation to its areas of activity but because it is a record of a struggle of people and an uprising of a nation. It is rare to find a man who serves the humans Sincerely and faithfully, not wanting a personal interest for the same like money, prestige or influence. It is a journey of struggle ended by his blood for the homeland, he knew all kinds of suffering for the principles and when he had the chance to take responsibility he has achieved the finest victories and achievements to his homeland for 11 years. It is launched in the context of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina endeavors in documenting Egypt’s modern and contemporary history. A venue of 200 square meters was allocated to Sadat Museum next to the Planetarium Science Center. Before entering the museum, visitors will have the opportunity to watch the “Culturama Show”; nine interactive screens each displaying a specific period of the life of Sadat.
