Gérard Schlosser (1931–2018)

A major figure on the French art scene, Gérard Schlosser established himself in the 1960s as one of the leading artists of narrative figuration. Trained at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, he developed a unique pictorial language, blending photographic precision with fragments of reality. His paintings, often focused on details of the human body and suspended moments, convey a sensual and introspective approach to everyday life. Close to hyperrealism in the meticulousness of his technique, Schlosser explores silent emotions and the unspoken in his imagery.

Koren Gallery is pleased to announce ‘Azure’, the solo show of artist Jonathan Edelhuber.
The opening reception will be held on Thursday, March 27th, from 6:00 PM

For the first time in Paris, immerse yourself in his striking work, where the modernist legacy of Picasso and Matisse meets the vibrant energy of pop culture.

Born in 1984 in Hope, Arkansas, and based in Nashville, Jonathan Edelhuber is a visionary artist whose captivating work redefines the boundaries of contemporary art.

The exhibition will run until April 27, 2025.
