Remembering Sándor Kecskeméti on his 79th birthday.

An internationally acclaimed ceramic artist and sculptor, Kecskeméti was one of the most original and consistent figures of contemporary Hungarian sculpture. His oeuvre is not only significant but truly indispensable to the history of contemporary European sculptural art.

He passed away in his 78th year, leaving behind a body of work that continues to resonate with quiet strength, material sensitivity, and profound artistic integrity.
