Through fragments of scenes, objects and quiet compositions, the exhibition explores a contemporary approach to still life where familiar forms appear slightly displaced.

The exhibition unfolds as a spatial composition accompanied by a sound environment created by John Ferrère in collaboration with Alain Planès, inspired by Erik Satie’s concept of furniture music.

Presented on the occasion of the gallery’s 15th anniversary (2011–2026), the exhibition also marks the transformation of Galerie John Ferrère with the creation of REGARD.
