We were delighted to welcome Janet McCrorie last week when she dropped off these three new paintings. We love her colours and the movement she captures in each one.
Janet also shared some exciting news... Her work is being used on the packaging of the Fortnum & Mason shortbread range. A wonderful collaboration.

"I enjoyed painting the contrast of soft feathery clouds against a textured foreground of waves and land using a limited palette. This brings harmony that contrasts with the wild movement of the wind and clouds, a metaphor for hope."
