Turner Fine Arts is an Arts Management Company, specialising in up-and-coming Contemporary artists in the UK. We help artists to market their work by exhibiting their art in galleries across the country, or by showcasing the art on our website. We deal with the business side of the selling, taking all of the stress off our artists and allowing them to focus on producing their art. This includes everything from negotiating prices to managing delivery of the work. We always try to get the best out of every client and help them gain the recognition they deserve. Every artist has different needs and requirements, so we tailor our approach to suit them. We even offer our artists their own website and help to raise awareness of them on the internet.

Neon Tony is a renowned artist and master glass bender who has been creating stunning neon artwork for over three decades. His passion for neon artistry began in 1989 when he started as a trainee at a London sign company, where he quickly realized the artistic potential of neon beyond commercial signage. After further honing his skills in Manchester, he founded Neon Creations in 2005 with the support of his wife Catherine.

Based in Bolton, Neon Creations has become a hub for Tony's creativity and expert glass bending techniques, setting them apart as leaders in the UK's neon sign industry. Tony's innovative vision has elevated the perception of neon from a mere lighting medium to a revered art form in its own right. His dedication to the craft is evident in the beautiful, vibrant, and intricate neon-glass bent artwork he produces, each piece being a testament to the precious hours he puts into his creations.

Another delighted client, and we’re incredibly pleased to have introduced them to Shaun Gagg and his remarkable sculpture work. After discovering Shaun’s coin torsos at an exhibition, they reached out to purchase a front, wall‑hanging 2p torso, and the process from enquiry to completion was seamless!

Their words say it best:
“After seeing some of Shaun Gagg’s sculpture work at an exhibition, I was really taken by the coin torsos and wanted to own a piece. I reached out to Shaun / Stephen and ordered a front, wall‑hanging torso and the process was seamless from start to finish (around 6 weeks for the piece to be completed). A beautifully whimsical piece from Roy Meats, featuring his well‑loved muse Frank the Scarecrow and his loyal dog. 99 Red Balloons brings Roy’s storytelling to life, gentle surrealism, soft colour, and that unmistakable sense of quiet companionship that runs through his work!

The framed acrylic‑on‑board artwork ((H) 60 cm × (W) 134 cm) captures a moment of calm on the shoreline, with Frank releasing a trail of red balloons into the sky while his dog watches on. It’s tender, playful, and instantly recognisable as part of Roy’s world.

Neon Tony’s work is a reminder of just how rare true neon‑bent glass has become. In a world where LED strips and “fake neon” have taken over shop fronts and signage, the traditional craft of shaping real glass by hand is disappearing fast. Genuine neon requires heat, precision, patience, and a level of skill that only a handful of artists still practise, and Tony is one of them!

Every curve, every bend, every glowing line in his pieces is formed through fire and technique, not plastic or imitation light. It’s a craft that carries history, character, and a beauty that can’t be replicated by LEDs.

His work is a reminder of why real neon still matters, it’s alive, it’s luminous, and it’s made by hand!

Here at Turner Fine Arts, we’re proud to represent Shaun Gagg - an incredible sculptor whose work stands out in any and every setting!

This piece, Nailed It (Special Edition), was created by welding and bending nails together in the shape of a woman’s torso, and is also coated with a pearl white paint (painted by Bink).

It’s a limited edition of 4 worldwide, with three other colours which are also limited edition available!

This video gives a behind-the-scenes look at the exact method used at Turner Fine Arts. Each piece is carefully prepared using wire, crimpers, and a precise touch of super glue. A combination that gives the sculpture all the strength it needs while keeping the finish effortless and refined. 💪
