The Chapel Galleries is a contemporary gallery that is housed within a 17th Century Grade II listed Church of England Church in the heart of Blackburn town centre. The building once housed the Blackburn branch of the Citizens Advice Bureau among other businesses but is now a vibrant arts centre. The Corridor will have a transient and fleeting aspect which will hold temporary exhibitions that will

include installation, sculpture, paint and photography among others. There are also working artist's studios that will be open to the gallery visitors at specific times. The Corridor Gallery is a bookable space for solo and group exhibitions. Past events include an Art Auction, a Photography Show and the site for an open Art Exhibition. We hold free featured exhibitions every third Thursdays for the ArtSPACE event.
