One-to-One Hand-Building Pottery Sessions

Love pottery but don’t have time to attend one of our workshops?

At Alba Bella Gallery, we offer private one-to-one hand-building pottery sessions tailored to your experience and interests. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience with clay, we’ll help you create unique ceramic pieces using a variety of hand-building techniques.

Session Options

🫖 2 Hours – £30
🫖 3 Hours – £45
🫖 Full Day (10am–4pm) – £75

What’s Included?

✔ One-to-one support and guidance

✔ Kiln firing of your finished pieces

Please note: These sessions focus on hand-building pottery and do not include pottery wheel tuition.

Create anything from mugs and bowls to mushrooms, garden art, sculptures, plaques and decorative pieces in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Join us for a relaxing and creative ceramics session exploring the beautiful technique of sgraffito — where you scratch and draw into clay to reveal patterns, texture, and design beneath the surface.

You will:

* Apply coloured slip to clay
* Learn sgraffito carving techniques
* Draw patterns, illustrations or abstract designs
* Create a unique finished ceramic piece
* Have your work glazed and kiln fired

No experience needed — just creativity and curiosity.
