💧 We’re taking some extra steps this season to help monitor water usage across the Boscastle CIC facilities.

Last night at around 7pm, we received an alert that the CIC toilet block may have had a leak. Volunteers quickly attended and found that the disabled toilet flush had become stuck in the “on” position.

Without the alert, the issue may not have been discovered until the cleaner arrived at 8am this morning — potentially wasting a significant amount of water (and money) overnight.

Thankfully the issue was resolved quickly, showing just how valuable these additional monitoring measures can be.
