And yes, this necklace is made of vintage plastic beads, not glass ones as I first wondered! Yep....I collect napkin rings now! ⭕⭕⭕⭕ Here's my vintage plastic haul from our recent Suffolk/Norfolk trip! My FAVOURITE pastime....hunting in charity shops and antique centres for early plastics! ⭕⭕⭕⭕ In this haul there's some 70's(?) napkin rings that I'm hoping to turn into little pots rather than necklaces this time.... There's four much earlier Bakelite* napkin rings in a box, that will be part of my new found 'collection'. 😊 Edit* they were labelled Bakelite in the shop, but they're actually made from phenol formaldehyde - manufactured in Birmingham by E. Elliott Ltd in the 1930's. ⭕⭕⭕⭕ There's a lovely bangle I think from the 80's (for essential bangle research obvs!) 💘 And a single egg cup that I couldn't resist! That baby blue! That shape! A little something for the trinket shelf.... 🩵🩵 Happy Birthday to meeee! 🥰
