Thereโs plenty happening at the museum this month, whether you're interested in history, crafts, family activities or discovering something new!
๐ Sunday 7th June โ Hidden Museum Guided Tour
Go behind the scenes and explore parts of the museum not normally open to the public, including our archives and library. A fascinating opportunity to discover some of the stories, objects and records hidden away from public view.

Join renowned historian Professor Ronald Hutton as he explores the fascinating history and traditions of Britain's festivals and celebrations. This promises to be a very popular evening.
๐จ Sunday 28th June โ Glossypots Pottery Painting Workshop
Get creative and paint your own pottery item in a relaxed and friendly workshop. Choose from a range of mugs, bowls and bud vases and create something unique to take home.

We're currently looking for new volunteers to help in a variety of roles, including our cafรฉ, gardens and visitor welcome team. Even a few hours a month can make a real difference.
