Containers will be provided to carry home your work or, bring your own board or platter to serve them on, cling film and take home ready decorated.
We will be using rose petals, micro herbs, edible flowers and peashoot tendrils to garnish our canapés.
Lots of chats and conversations, ask any questions and I hope I can answer them about sourcing, ordering, quantities, etc. How did my business begin? Funny stories or maybe not, as a caterer!

Kimi will be working with me. She’s snapping at my heels with her canapé and cooking talent and amazing palate! She’s worked with me for eight years having always made a mean Sunday Roast she’d never stepped out of her comfort zone and she’s found her hidden talent, she has to try everything including “wobbly smoked salmon!”
