𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Coming next at the Museum, we are pleased to host a visit by the Bullnose Morris Car Club. We are told to expect around 20 cars just after lunch.

The Museum site will be fully open as usual from 1000 to 1600 on Sunday, with all the aircraft, cockpits, flight simulators, and equipment displays available, with Museum Volunteers on hand to explain the thousands of aviation-related items that make up the Museum Collection.

Being wheelchair friendly there is access to all areas apart from aircraft cockpits.

Next up at the Museum, we are pleased to host our 40s Themed Day, with a planned flypast by an aircraft from the Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.

The Museum site will be fully open as usual from 1000 to 1600 on Sunday, with all the aircraft, cockpits, flight simulators, and equipment displays available, with Museum Volunteers available to explain the thousands of aviation-related items that make up the Museum Collection.

𝗔𝗡𝗗, the 𝗥𝗔𝗙 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 have scheduled a Museum Flypast with one of their aircraft As always with the BBMF, we have to let you know that these flypasts are subject to weather and operational commitments on the day. Also timings for the flypast will be notified on the day as soon as we are informed by the RAF BBMF Flight Ops. Once we know the time, we will Tannoy across the site and put it on the blackboard outside the shop.

In this edition of the Blogs "Museum News", we have more photos from Joe of classic vehicles parked up next to our classic Hunter outside the main hangar. Also in the news is a report by Steve B of the day the Scouts came for their air activities badges.

From the "Teams At The Museum", we have the Paint Team updates from Barry as they continue with sprucing up the aircraft outdoors, and occasionally indoors.

Under the "Events Information", from Gary, we have an update to the '40s Day at the Museum, as the RAF BBMF has allocated us a flypast slot. No details of the aircraft or timings as yet. As always with the BBMF, we have to let you know that these flypasts are subject to weather and operational commitments on the day.

Timings for the flypast will be notified on the day as soon as we are informed by the RAF BBMF Flight Ops. Once we know the time, we will Tannoy across the site and put it on the blackboard outside the shop.
