Rougham Control Tower Aviation Museum Rougham Tower Association - preserving the buildings and history of the WW2 USAAF base near Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. We also have a TeaRoom!

Volunteer run Museum, keeping the history and memories alive of all who served in the 94th B.G from 1943 - 1945. The Museum's open season starts on the last Sunday in March, then every Sunday until Mid October, when we close for much needed maintenance. FREE entry, but donations are always very much appreciated. We are child and dog friendly, but please keep them under control and clean up after t

hem! We will still open the Museum, during the closed season, for Veterans families and group visits, by prior arrangement and volunteer availability. Please email us for further info.

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we have to announce that Cliff Hall, a much respected and loved friend of the RTA and 94th BG, a genuine gentleman, historian and author, passed away Monday night with his family by his side.
The RTA Committee and members send our heartfelt condolences to his family.
When we have any further information from his wife, Wendy, and family, we will post it, until then, please respect their privacy in their time of sadness and grief.
R.I.P Cliff and Thank you for your service. We will miss you. xx 💜

The Museum is currently closed to the public for much needed maintenance of the buildings and displays.
We re-open on Sunday 30th March 2025. 10.00 - 16.00. 🙂
