Bore da everyone!

Please welcome the NEW recently repositioned RAF ‘617 Dambusters’ Squadron and Lancaster exhibit. It’s in a bright new section, taking advantage of the big beautiful artwork of a Lancaster “returning home”.

The area is still a work in progress, and need some tweaks. But, you can see what we are aiming for.
On the far right, is a section dedicated to the man that led 617 Sqn, Wing Commander Guy Gibson. We have nicknamed it “Gibson Corner”.

We hope you all approve of this, as we think it is in a much better area to be viewed by our visitors.

Thank you all once again for your huge support!
Diolch!

Our Lancaster and "Bomber Command" section is currently under renovation, to bring the exhibits outside to shed some new light on them, so our visitors will be able to see them much clearly.
They currently sit behind our cinema area, but they will be starting to be moved just outside of the cinema and bomber command area, simply because it's too dark and needs some attention.

We feel the beautiful artwork of the Avro Lancaster will be the perfect setting for this exhibit. We hope to see what you all think once it is complete.

We ARE OPEN as normal! Monday - Sunday 10AM - 4PM.

Prynhawn da everyone!

We have this morning found some LOST PROPERTY.
A pair of lovely Converse glasses have been handed in to the main desk.

If these are yours, please ring us and confirm the colour of these and what is inside the case, to be sure they're yours. We will keep hold of them until they have been reunited with the owner.

Thank you!

MUSEUM RENOVATIONS!
Our brilliant staff members Sara and Julie and, volunteers Richard and Ron, have worked exceptionally hard over the last few months. Where the revamped the uniform exhibit, they steam cleaned the uniforms getting them to look as good as they possibly can for display. Whilst the volunteers spent hours restructuring and repainting the displays in a new fresh vibrant colour.

Thank you of you for your immense help through this winter.
:D

More renovations are currently happening, which we hope you will all enjoy!
Thank you, Diloch!

This photo was sent in by Jayden York, who visited the museum a couple of weeks ago and purchased the Airfix Landrover kit - he's made an excellent job of recreating the vintage RAF MRS Landrover that we have on display - what do you think? Thanks for that, Jayden!
