We have been closed this week for the Mull of Kintyre Music Festival. The two performances on Saturday night were both just tremendous, Karen Matheson Band with support from Argyll Ceilidh Trail. Now to put the chairs away and put the exhibits back in place.
Come along on Tuesday 26th August when we open at 11am.
Normal hours are Monday to Thursday 11am to 4pm. What we have on show is gentling changing all the time. Come along and see

Just collected the two funnel badges from HMS Campbeltown for a new display next year in the Heritage Centre. Not shown is a photo of the St. Nazaire signed by some of the veterans.

We open next Monday, 29th April.
Over the closed season we have changed some displays and added a few new ones. In particular come along and see the story behind the propellor dredged up off Davaar.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Over these winter months we are renewing and redisplaying some of the heritage centre collection. We need you help! We are after a piece of timber, 4"x4" and about 2' long (10x10x600mm). This is a hefty lump but does not need to be unused. So please, if you have a piece of timber that is about the right size please get in touch! Thank you. PIA!

With the MoKFEST music festival on this weekend our main exhibition area is cleared to make way for three concerts (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday). We are pleased to welcome all the visitors and hope they will come back when we are properly open. It gives us the chance to "spring" clean and adjust what we have on display.
We open again at about noon on Monday.

A few months ago Campbeltown HC welcomed a film crew who were looking to make a piece about Scotlands Diaspora. As part of their project they filmed Ron Roberts, one of our Trustees and this is the result.
