The off white I mix is an essential
Part of my work
Getting the background colour
Just Right
Really can make or break the whole mood I am trying to create
Too yellow or too grey and flat
Sets the wrong emotion

I want quality
Energy
Age
Emotion
Quality

Not

Tacky
Cheap
Lifeless
Muddy
Flat

This is where the eye for detail
Comes in and even though there
Isn’t much for you to see
When all is finished and hanging
Pride of place
That background truly can
be the bit
That makes you either like it or feel that it doesn’t belong in your
Space.

This is one of my favourite pieces, the energy this has is amazing! I could look at it all day and continue to see new areas that have never jumped out at me before, and I am the one that created it.

That’s the power of abstract when done right I truly believe it can be a true pleasure to the senses and understood by each person in a different completely unique way.
