HARVEST
23rd – 27th September

Harvest is an exhibition bringing together three artists all exploring the beauty of nature at this seasonal time of year.

Kath Cooper, Jo Biggadike and Alice Biggadike are celebrating nature’s seasonal abundance through painting, ceramics and printmaking.

Kath Cooper makes ceramics focusing on the slow tactile process of coiling and hand-building.
She is also interested in ancient making techniques and primitive ceramics. She aims to make pots that create a sense of calm presence, inspired by trees and nature.

Jo Biggadike is a multidisciplinary printmaker whose work explores her deep connection to the local rural landscape. Solitary walking is vital to her creative process, allowing her to fully immerse herself in her surroundings.
Through these quiet observations, capturing both the emotional essence and visual beauty of a place.

Alice Biggadike is an artist who uses surreal inspired imagery to communicate ideas about the world around her. Her current painting project features anthropomorphic root vegetables in strange situations. She is currently one of the artists in residence at The Wilson.
