Our project manager, Ché, took on a solo mission today in the sunshine, pushing through to get the stable block wall finished ahead of the imminent new build delivery. All set now for construction and then tucked away for the next 25+ years.

Day 2 of two stalwarts going toe to toe with the elements to shore up the outside of our stable block ahead of the incoming new building.

John & Ché, are once again in action, doing things they’ve both never done before and confidently working it out as they go.

This bit of the block is getting its final send-off before it disappears again into the next phase of works.

Great team effort, and importantly JP has remembered a knee pad this time, so standards are clearly rising! 😉

So today, JP & Ché tackled this in the run up to the imminent delivery of our new building! 💪🏽⚓️

We are definitely not professionals, but bit by bit it’s all coming together… one step closer to something really special for the museum and community.
