Showcasing the music of the 60s, 70s & early 80s to celebrate Derby’s rich music heritage. Music & good atmosphere filling up the empty shop for the night - all interlaced with unforgettable stories of people who were there.

A unique collaborative event, at which Derbados raised ‘Windrush seeded’ DJs share their ‘sonic start up’ stories & sounds that have punctuated local life over the years. Spun off from the many, musical big screen offerings integral to the Feel Good Film Club; this event accompanies the acclaimed reggae documentary Harder Than The Rock about the pioneering ’70s reggae band – The Cimarons.
