Welcome to all our new followers. You are very welcome. We are working hard off site at the moment as we have closed the Reading Rooms during the winter as we cannot afford to heat the building enough because of our limited funds and the cost. We need to be able to preserve the collection for future generations. . However we hope to be able to open in March. (If it ever stops raining and warms up) so please stick with us. There is always something going on so please bear with us and we will be back soon

Just to let everyone know that we are now closed for the Winter and will open again in the Spring. However if you need to contact us please do through here or send an email to [email protected]

We had a great visit by the people from the Diss U3A in Thursday. They followed a route around the village looking at various places of interest, a talk by Rev Carl on the history of the Church lunch followed by a tour of The Moor with Ben Potterton. Thanks to all who came an interesting day for all

We are hosting a visit from the Diss Branch of the U3A tomorrow. They are a group with a special interest in Buildings and their Architecture. So if you see a group of people wandering around the village and looking at the buildings please say and hello and welcome them to our wonderful historic village.

We are hoping you can help us. We know some. But do you know the rest. If you please get in touch.
