Another patch prepared - but still much to do.
OPEN STUDIO WEEKEND
My Chippko studio will be open to visitors at C-View (the old art college) on Church View, Doncaster DN1 1AF between the Minster and the B&M store.
10am - 4pm 29th and 30th March 2025.
Fellow artists, Sarah Villeneau (ceramicist), Ian Latham (mixed media) and Janet Wallace (abstract paintings)will also have their studios open for visitors.
Spread the word and come along.

The chaos side of re-hanging my studio/gallery space ready for our OPEN STUDIOS weekend, 29&30 March. C-View, Doncaster DN1 1AF.
3 other artists studios will be open in the building featuring paintings, ceramics and sculptures. Free entry. 10 - 4. I think that's the 'Box' wall finished - What next?

Spot the difference. After a couple of days living with 'finished' version One, I decided it wasn't right. Back down the garden for another hour's repainting and now I'm happier with it. Strengthening the shadows and highlighting the foreground foliage has, I think, given it more depth.
