Care by Chris’s vision is to offer tailored small group opportunities to adults and young people out in the community. This could be a combination of fun activities mixed with learning independent skills, overseen by me, to ensure the safety of the individual/ individuals. I would offer support from 6 to 8 hours a day, using an hourly rate for groups of £10.00 per individual per hour, with a maxim
um of 3 young people per day. Activities and days out will need to be covered at cost by yourselves but I am happy to book and arrange these and also risk assess each activity. Public transport will be used as part of the social and learning experience. I aim to build a regular client base with regular work, so please get in contact using my details below. A receipt will be provided as payment. I hold public liability insurance and risk assess each activity we attend. I will also ask for a completed form for each individual to ensure I have all relevant information. I do hold an up-to-date DBS check too. Character references are available upon request.
