It is great to able to walk or cycle along the canal - it can be peaceful and beautiful and allows your thoughts the freedom to wander. Love it 😍

Thank you Sharon for this amazing journey -
It takes vision and dedication, to build an exhibition for a gifted photographer :
1. We read about the folklore in which Kelpies are in the deep waiting for humans to be entranced at the surface.
2. Clydesdale Horses - doing canal work pulling Barges full of iron.
3. The death of the iron industry in the Falkirk area.
4. The birth of the Helix park for everyone to enjoy.
5. The canal basin with a superb piece of engineering to link 2 canals like never before Union & Forth and Clyde.
6. Back to the Kelpies now presiding over the whole area.
7. The artist, Andy Scott designing, building and giving Scotland these giant superb Kelpies.
8. The Forth Valley is beautiful - watch the video that Sharon produced from her John Muir way cycle.

By some freak I was born in Manchester but have lived in either or Edinburgh or Glasgow since I was wee. I live in Edinburgh with my wife and two dogs.
