Just thirty minutes from the granite streets of Aberdeen, beside historic Tolquhon Castle, artist Danny Ross and his wife, Joan, have created a wonderful gallery full of contemporary Scottish art. This is my first post for a while but it is a very special one. I would like to share the news that our daughter, Ailsa, has just had her first novel published.
‘Hovel’ is published in Canada by Strange Light, an imprint of Penguin Random House. The book is poetic, thoughtful, moving, beautifully written and ultimately hopeful. A wonderful achievement.
