WAVEparticle is a Glasgow-based artist studio, set up by Peter McCaughey to support a team approach to large urban arts projects, public art commissions and various levels of community engagement. WAVEparticle works with artists, writers, poets, filmmakers, historians and architects, engineers, and especially local communities, with the goal of helping to build better spaces. WAVEparticle brings a

wide range of experience in community-led design, having worked at a number of different levels on arts masterplanning projects in Glasgow- (City Centre, Clydebank, Shawbridge, London Road and Laurieston) and throughout Scotland- in Winchburgh, (cited by CABE as an example of best practice), Haddington, Annan, Helensburgh and Raploch in Stirling.
