Our Junior Art Clubbers had fun experimenting with Abstract Art last week; with a little inspiration from “Wassily Kandinsky” playing around with shapes and colour and mixed mediums, they produced some pretty cool pieces 😊🎨🖌️🙌🏻

Our next Young Artists Workshop is Sat 13th June, drop a message to book 😊🎨

Our next Younng Artist workshop at will be on Saturday 13th June, where we will be creating Deconstructed Portraits using a variety of mixed media approaches.

Session times:
Morning session - 10:00-12:30
Afternoon session - 13:30-16:00

So, if you know someone who:

- Is aged 12-16
- Enjoys doing art
- Is looking to try new things
- Needs some screen-free time
- Want to meet new people

We would love to see you at our sessions. 😊🎨

Our small but friendly group currently meet once a month (morning and afternoon sessions available) where we learn new art techniques and generally have creative fun within a gallery setting.

No previous artistic experience or ability is necessary. All you need to bring is your creativity and enthusiasm, and we will provide the rest 😀

Each 2.5-hour session is £15 per person; this includes all materials and equipment.

Group numbers are kept small for our sessions (max. 7 children) as we feel it helps keep a calm and friendly atmosphere, while giving us the ability to give guidance to those who may need it.

Frida Khalo was as popular with our “Drink & Draw” workshop, as it was with our young artists 😀
If you’d like to join us our next Drink & Draw workshop is this coming Thursday 6-8pm (21st May).
Our Drink & Draw runs once a month, we are a small friendly group, no talent required just a willingness to have a go, £15 materials included, just bring your own tipple, drop a message to book 😊🍷✍🏻

We still have a few spaces at our next Young Artists workshop on Saturday 16th May 2026, where we will be looking at the art of Notan (The Japanese art of dark and light harmony). Please book your place in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our Junior Art Clubbers produced some “Fabulous Frida” Kahlo portraits at our last Art Club 😀 and as well as making Art, we love to learn a few facts about the famous Artists who inspire us… Who knew Frida kahlo was a talented athlete in her youth, played football, and was a member of the Mexican National Team, she had a pet deer named Granizo, and was fluent in several languages; she really was an extraordinary Artist whose life and work continue to captivate people around the world 🤩
