💛 Grief doesn’t come with a timetable.

Some days you cope. Some days a song, a photograph or even a familiar smell can bring everything flooding back.

Every Tuesday from 9am, Simon Carr presents Grief Awareness on Black Country Xtra — a gentle, honest programme about grief, loss and learning to live with the changes they bring.

There’s no instruction manual and no “right” way to grieve. Sometimes it simply helps to hear other people talking openly about something so many of us experience, but can find difficult to put into words.

📻 Tuesday from 9am
Listen on DAB Radio, Smart Speaker, Online or via the Black Country Xtra App.

Missed the show? No problem. You can catch up On Demand online or through the App whenever you’re ready.

💛 Grief Awareness with Simon Carr — because sometimes being heard, and hearing others, can make a difference.
