New artists in the gallery day three. These beautifully serene mugs and vases are part of the Horizon range by ceramicist Anja Penger-Onyett. There would have been more to show but a customer bought four pieces while I was trying to photograph them!

New work in the gallery day two. Today we are showcasing the work of landscape artist Phil Taylor. His paintings perfectly capture the wild and rugged area surrounding us here in the Yorkshire Dales yet there is a softness and reflective quality to his work that is very appealing. Available as originals, prints or cards.

We are stocked to the rafters with new work at the moment so prepare to be bombarded by lots of posts in quick succession. The first to mention is some wonderful ceramic bowls and wall mounted artworks by the amazing Ruth Gibson. Too many pieces to photograph them all so it's probably best to pop in and see them in person.

Two last minute places on the stained glass course on May 22 that Annette runs after a recent cancellation. It's at the fabulous venue of Farfield Mill in Sedbergh which is worth a visit in itself. Booking is via their website.
There is also another course coming up on Thursday 25th June also at Farfield Mill.

Spend a creative day (22May) learning the beautiful art of stained glass in the inspiring surroundings of Farfield Mill. We are very happy to have just received a wonderful collection of new lamps by lily Greenwood. We have lots more than those pictured here so feel free to pop into the gallery to see the whole collection.

We're really excited to have just received some new work by award winning textile artist Donna Cheshire. Using appliqué and free machine embroidery Donna creates rich and detailed art inspired by the Northern landscape. We are very honoured that Donna has created "Pecca Falls" a piece based on her studies of the Ingleton Waterfall Trail especially for us.
