I don’t take a selfie cause I’m full of my self
But do I take this photo to prove to myself
That I am worthy of appreciation and of love
That maybe to someone I am their belove

Yes in this moment I thought I looked hot
Yet I was alone and wished I was not
Wished someone was here wanting to take
A picture of me cause they thought it would make

Them smile to remember my face that day
Warm their heart cause they like me in a special way
But today it’s just me, appreciating me
Waiting for the day when the right one will be

So my plan to update this page, change its name and ask my existing followers to stick with me wouldn’t work as the web address would still be badgetastic. Instead I have made a new page for this new phase of my creative life. Please come like/follow me Dawn Star Speaks

I can’t guarantee badges, but I’m definitely not ruling them out either.

Been thinking about my badge machine lots recently. All the great badges I’ve made for bands, events, parties, people and just for fun. And thinking about the great times had making them with other people and with kids.
Feeling drawn to dust off the machine get playing again! Anyone want to come round and make some badges together?

I would share a photo of badges but I’ve nothing handy in my phone. Instead a beautiful Scot’s pine, constantly reaching for the sky while rooted firmly in the ground! 💛✨
