Our spooky village is filling up!

Come down, colour in a spooky colouring in sheet and add it to the wall.

To celebrate the release of The Gruffalo’s Granny join us in the foyer to spot all the animals from the story! Great for small kids, grab a drink at the coffee bar while the kids play in the kids area. (limited trails available)

To go with our exhibition on the Herring Girls, make your own fish Windsock to display or take home. Ask a member of staff for your decoration pack!

As you explore Maritime History, pick up a trail at reception and help us find all the spooky monsters around the Museum.

Are you an unpaid adult carer and want some creative time for yourself?

After a successful programme of creative workshops, running since late 2025, we are please to be able to offer further support to the unpaid carers community.

The workshops start on the 18th of November for a 10-week block (we take a break over the festive period) on Wednesdays from 1-3pm.

The workshops are really relaxed and led by artist Ellie Swanston - Art who will help you explore some creative practices at a pace that suits you. No experience is needed, we will support you to find your creative side. We want you to be involved in deciding the types of creative activities we explore and there is an opportunity to have your creations included in an exhibition at the end of the block.

This team are honestly the best around, that's 3 massive awards in the last couple of months and couldn't be prouder of the fantastic team we have at Puffers.

Way too emotional for words tonight but a massive thank you to everyone who supports us as a small family run business and the unbelievable staff that keep us running everyday.

We're inviting all Children to help us light up the Linthouse this festive season!

Join us for a fun and creative 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 workshop where children will make their own winter lantern using paper, tissue, card and lots of colourful materials.

Our freelance artist, Ellie Swanston - Art will guide you step by step, from shaping and folding to decorating with wintry patterns, snowflakes and sparkle.
