Some of our own inspirational women had the pleasure of attending the Ladies' Lunch 2026, hosted by The HEY Smile Foundation and the Sailors Childrens Society. It was an inspiring afternoon of networking, supporting these fantastic causes and celebrating International Women's Day.

Inspirational speakers, fantastic food and an all-round brilliant atmosphere. The event raised a huge £50,613 for these incredible charities.

What is a tenancy deposit scheme?

When you rent a home, you'll usually be asked to pay a tenancy deposit, but what happens to that money?

A tenancy deposit scheme is a legal protection that keeps your deposit safe for the length of your tenancy. It means your money can’t be unfairly withheld, and there’s a clear process if there’s ever a disagreement at the end of your tenancy.
