VOLUNTEERS WEEK 1-7 JUNE
Volunteers are the quiet force behind thriving communities. This Volunteers’ Week is a chance for us to thank all our volunteers who run the Knaresborough Heritage Centre without whom we could not open. As a registered charity, we want to keep bringing you exhibitions, talks, walks and workshops to the community.

We’re celebrating the people who give their time, skills and care, while highlighting the vital role volunteers play in keeping communities connected and supported. We appreciate you!

Thanks to Community First Yorkshire for their tribute: Volunteers help keep people connected and communities moving. Some volunteers are visible at the front of the room. Others quietly organise, open up buildings, make tea, advertise events, manage accounts, write funding bids, look after policies or support others behind the scenes. All of it matters!

If you would like to be a volunteer with KMA who run the Knaresborough Heritage Centre, please see our poster & email or call into 12 High St, HG5 0EQ.
