Another spooky window, this one is a cute little ghost on a swing, could I ghost ride a swing? I get the feeling it's little bottom would slide right through the swing's seat but hey ho, the rules are different in this little arty world!

I didn't have a sketch before this one just a plan in my head and a paintbrush (and a fight with some rain!)

I rarely post here, although I'd love to have a reason to more often 👀 (ask me to do an arty thing with you please!)

But anyway, earlier on in the year a friend and colleague of mine came to me and asked if I'd consider creating a shadow and story show with her. I said, well I'll give it a go!

Fast forward to August and there I was performing with my own puppets and along with Julie from Fern and Fables creating some storytelling magic for families as they wandered around Trentham Monkey Forest.
I've never performed in front of an audience before (I've now done that 20 times!) and it was amazing to be able to express my creative brain in a completely different way compared to my normal paintbrushes!

Here's a little taster with some beautiful photos taken by my talented friend James Nicol and his buddies (anybody looking for a friendly photographer to capture some moments for you give him a shout!)
