Just over a week to go until the start of our open call exhibition, Creature Comforts. Featuring artwork from around 35 artists from Lincolnshire and much further afield.

Celebrating animals, both domestic and wild.

Opens Tuesday, 27th October.

An exhibition celebrating the beauty, mystery and magic of the dark. 🌙✨

From ceramic skulls and spiders to creepy bunnies, nocturnal creatures, haunted houses, and vases and bowls inspired by the night… our invited artists have embraced the darker side of creativity to bring you a wonderfully eerie collection of unique artwork.

🕷️ A little spooky, a little strange, and utterly beautiful.

Coming to Indigo Crow Gallery on 27th October, an exhibition celebrating animals in art.

From curious cats and loyal companions to wilder creatures, this exhibition brings together a wonderfully varied collection of artwork inspired by the animal kingdom.

Featuring 35+ artists, selected through an open call, the exhibition showcases a mix of established artists alongside those exhibiting in a gallery for the very first time.

The exhibition runs for two weeks, and entry is free. There will also be plenty to tempt you, with a lovely selection of affordable original artwork, prints and cards available to buy.

Why animals? Fiona Hodges, who has curated this exhibition is a self-confessed mad cat lady with a lifelong love of animals and creating art featuring them. The theme began with that interest and grew into an open invitation to artists to explore the animal world in their own unique ways.

Come along, have a browse, discover some new artists and enjoy a celebration of the animal kingdom.

At 57 Burton Road, Lincoln, open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm daily.

Are you an artist, or group of artists, looking for somewhere to exhibit your work in Lincoln? We have a few fortnightly slots available in our gallery in 2027. In February, March, April, September and December.

You bring your artwork and market the exhibition. We help install the show, help with marketing and manage the gallery and sales throughout the show. All you need to do is market the exhibition and invite people to your private view.

An introduction to some of our artists taking part in the Darkness exhibition opening on 13 October.

Want a sneak peek? Come along to our spooky preview evening with Haunted Treats & Blood Red Punch.

The exhibition features 10 artists invited by resident crow, Eve Marshall. See this beautiful collection of art inspired by the darkness. From ceramic skulls and spiders to creepy bunnies, nocturnal animals, haunted houses, vases and bowls inspired by the night.
