Amongst the people we met yesterday at Queen's University were Ann and her son Nick Burge. Our Bulldog aircraft is named in memory of Ann's late husband who was tragically killed whilst serving as CO of the University Air Squadron. Ray.

What an incredible day yesterday at Queen's University. Here's the team that were on site at 0930 and didn't get home until midnight. What a fantastic team. The little boy's mum was so impressed with what we were doing, she joined the Society there and then.... more photos to come. Ray.

Lots of aircraft movements on Saturday but also a rare vehicle movement. Next vehicle to be restored will be our David Brown aircraft tug, seen here being moved into position...Ray.

It's with great sadness that I report the recent death of William "Billy" Wallace and just this morning that of James "Jimmy" Herron. On behalf of everyone in the Society I extend our deepest sympathy to their families and friends. "Blue skies" RIP. Ray.

After 4 days at RUAS I think it would be true to say we are all exhausted. It's hard enough when the weather is fine but with temperatures just in double figures and a bitter north wind it's extremely hard work. Sincerest thanks to our volunteers and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. What a difference from last year, weather wise. Ray.

The last two weekends have been busy for the "events" team. Last weekend it was Shane's Castle, this Saturday the Mayor's fun day at Wallace Park. As you can see we had visits from the 501st Legion Causeway Garrison and the LCCC Mayor... Ray
