Join Henrietta on a gentle journey into the body, the earth and the deeper rhythms of nature. Through guided awareness, stillness and sound, we will slow down and reconnect with the body as a living landscape.

This workshop draws from the ARC Method, developed by Henrietta - an embodied journey of healing through the living landscape of the body. Originally created with creatives and neurodivergent individuals in mind, the work is open to anyone seeking a slower, more connected way of relating to themselves and the world around them.

As part of the ARC Method we will journey through the bones. Exploring the deep structure that holds us, grounds us and connects us to the earth itself.

An invitation to rest, listen and remember your connection with the natural world.

Create your own unique wooden artwork, inspired by the Coed Coexist exhibition.

In this fun and creative workshop, we’ll explore the art of pyrography (wood burning) to draw, write, and create patterns using heat on wood.

We’ll also experiment with adding colour to our wooden artworks using inks and paints.

Your handmade creations can be turned into pendants and keychains, or simply kept as special keepsakes to treasure and display.

Dan arweiniad artist Eleri Jones mewn partneriaeth â Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, mae'r prosiect creadigol newydd hwn yn cefnogi pobl ifanc o gymunedau ffermio ar draws Penrhyn Llŷn trwy gelf, adrodd straeon, a chysylltiad.

Gan weithio ochr yn ochr â phrosiect CELF Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Cymru, bydd cyfranogwyr yn archwilio realiti bywyd gwledig - o hunaniaeth a chymuned i iechyd meddwl, cynaliadwyedd, a dyfodol ffermio yng Nghymru.

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new exciting Community Art Project... 𝗙𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘄𝗿 𝗚𝗼 𝗜𝗮𝘄𝗻 / 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 ✨🌾

Led by artist Eleri Jones in partnership with Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, this new creative project supports young people from farming communities across the Llŷn Peninsula through art, storytelling, and connection.

Working alongside the National Museum of Wales’ CELF project, participants will explore the realities of rural life - from identity and community to mental health, sustainability, and the future of farming in Wales.

Through creative workshops and collaboration, the project aims to celebrate rural voices, strengthen connections, and inspire hope for the next generation.
