Cwrs Canolradd Nant Gwrtheyrn 8-12/06/26

Yr wythnos diwethaf, aeth criw o ddysgwyr Cymraeg Betsi Cadwaladri Nant Gwrtheyrn am wythnos ar gwrs lefel Canolradd Dysgu Cymraeg yn benodol ar gyfer gweithwyr yn y sector iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol.

Cafwyd amser arbennig dan ofal Lisa, Tiwtor Iechyd a Gofal Nant Gwrtheyrn.

Roedd yn bleser gan Diwtor Cymraeg Betsi, Beth, treulio amser gyda'r dysgwyr ar ddydd Mercher, a chael ymuno â’r grŵp ym Mhant Du yn y prynhawn. Mwynheuodd y dysgwyr ddysgu am hanes yr hen blasty Pant Du, ac am sut sefydlodd Richard a’i wraig eu busnes llwyddiannus gwinllan a pherllan ar y tir. Cafodd y dysgwyr gyfle hefyd i flasu rhywfaint o’r gwin a’r seidr - ‘Iechyd da!

Intermediate Course Nant Gwrtheyrn 8–12/06/26

Last week, a group of Betsi Cadwaladr Welsh learners went to Nant Gwrtheyrn for a week on an Intermediate-level course specifically for workers in the health and social care sector.

They had a wonderful time under the guidance of Lisa, Nant Gwrtheyrn’s Health and Care Tutor.

It was a pleasure for Betsi’s Welsh Tutor, Beth, to spend time with the learners on Wednesday and to join the group at Pant Du in the afternoon. The learners enjoyed learning about the history of the old Pant Du mansion and how Richard and his wife established their successful vineyard and orchard business on the land. The learners also had the opportunity to sample some of the wine and cider - “Iechyd Da!”

Diwrnod anhygoel 🫶

The venue is spectacular, everyone said as soon as they arrived how beautiful and unique it is and definitely a venue that people will remember. The reception hall is beautiful, minimal details needed to make it look beautiful.

The bridal suite is beautiful, perfectly finished with all the details. Accomodation was available for all our guests, we were able to accommodate families all together in one cottage, which was something we found hard to find in other venues.

I cannot fault Nant Gwytheryn, my partner and I fell in love with it as soon as we arrived at their wedding fayre. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough.

Kind words from the family 🫶
We had an unforgettable family occasion at the Nant! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and drink (with an emphasis on local produce). Also, clean and comfortable accommodation, which ensured that everyone from our family who wanted to stay could do so in style - offering us the opportunity to meet the night before the wedding as well. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the location and the spectacular landscape around us was the crowning glory. We couldn't have wished for better. Our thanks to the team at Nant are truly sincere. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us create memories that we will cherish forever.
