The New Glyn Valley Tramway and Industrial Heritage Trust We preserve the heritage and tell the stories of the Glyn Valley Tramway & the industries of the Ceiriog Valley it once served. Entrance is FREE.

Our museum visitor centre is located in Glyn Ceiriog, NE Wales. Our museum visitor centre is established in the original Glyn Valley Tramway engine shed at Glyn Ceiriog and on a substantial part of the adjacent former station site and nearby coal wharf. We care for and display a large and expanding collection of items associated with the former Glyn Valley Tramway and industries of the Ceiriog Val

ley that the tramway served from 1873 until its closure in 1935. We're open from February to mid-December on Saturdays and Bank Holiday Mondays. Open times are 10am to 4pm (March to October) and 10am to 3pm (November, December, February). Donations are invited. On-site parking, impaired mobility access and toilet facilities are available.
