As we reflect on three years since we first opened the doors at The Old Butchers this quote seems pretty apt! It's been great moving into our fourth season and taking time to make some changes.
We're allowing things to go on at a calmer pace and providing more room for customers to browse the beautiful photography in our lovely little gallery space while still serving up the same delicious coffee and sweet treats.
We're really hoping it allows us to continue building a sustainable business (in a pretty harsh economic climate) whilst also finding the right work life balance and being able to enjoy the place we love and call home!
