I specialise in organising pop up markets, booking trade stalls, hosting fund raisers and delivering unique guided tours of London based on what interests YOU also school curriculum led tours Hi, I'm Dawn the owner and creator of Dynamic and Bespoke Events (DaB- Events), after spending a majority of my career in the heritage and customer service sector I took the plunge to become my own boss and d
o something creative. From a young age I've been involved with many fund raising events which continued into my work for local charities, this then turned into hosting and organising artisan craft markets in Essex which were popular and well attended with over 200 creatives on my waiting list. I've since expanded to include booking individual creatives into some major events to get their work out to a wider public. With a natural passion for History and the belief that my late Mother - who always said I'd be a good guide around London - had in my abilities, I also offer bespoke tours around the city and surrounding areas. Yes, there are many walking or bus tours available but here is why mine are so unique - they are specially tailored to what you want to know about, they go at your pace around town with frequent stops to rest and take in the sites or stop for a drink or ice cream plus you wouldn't be one of many in a large group giving you a more personal tour. My tours can be adapted to allow the whole family to join in, are accessible even for the elderly and infirm and can include tours based on what the younger members of our community are learning in school. I've previously worked at the following sites in London where I've given talks and tours to members of the public:
Museum of London
Westminster Abbey
Buckingham Palace
Tower of London
I was also my Mothers full time carer for six years often taking her for trips around London so know how inaccessible some of the standard tours are and aim to make anyone who finds it difficult to enjoy the wonderful history of our city because of age or a health issue has stopped them from going on guided walks to feel they are able to explore at their own leisure.
