About Between Spaces ✨

At Gabriel Fine Arts, we are delighted to present Between Spaces / Zwischen Räumen, an exhibition that brings together the practices of Carine Hayoz, Brigitte Moeckli, and Bea
Schubert. Beyond the dialogue between their works, this exhibition is also a celebration of female artistic voices and the power of coming together through art.
Each artist approaches form, material, and perception from a distinct perspective, creating works that remain individual while engaging in a subtle and meaningful exchange. We are
interested not only in the artworks themselves, but in the spaces between them-the moments o f connection, reflection, and encounter that emerge when different perspectives share a common environment.
The title Between Spaces speaks to these in-between territories: between presence and absence, structure and openness, self and other. It i s within these spaces that dialogue unfolds and where viewers are invited to slow down, observe, and discover unexpected relationships.
For us, this exhibition i s also about togetherness. By bringing together three accomplished women artists, we celebrate the richness that emerges when diverse artistic practices
coexist without losing their individuality. Their works do not seek to merge into a single narrative; rather, they demonstrate how difference can create resonance, understanding, and mutual enrichment.
As a gallery committed to fostering meaningful exchanges, we see Between Spaces as an invitation to engage with art as a shared experience. It is a place where forms meet, diverge, and echo; where conversations begin; and where the spaces between us become sites of possibility.
