We have just received planning permission for the gallery to be a live / work premises
Until the 1970’s this property was used in this way and many such examples are still in use today. Almost opposite Darren and family live above the wood working shop.

Due to personal circumstances the property has been empty for a couple of years now and the inside is showing signs of this. - a seagull has taken to roost in the gutter and made a seagull kind of mess. I’ve nothing against gulls but the damage caused by this will be dealt with over the next couple of months.
I believe this property could provide a genuine , reasonably priced base for a creative individual/ couple/ group
The planning permission is not specifically related to creative activities however.
