Established in 2005 KI has work with professional artists and galleries for over 10 years. Rob Miller’s beautiful Lake District landscapes, produced in our Manchester studio and available to buy from the at The Lingholm Estate.

We supply batches of Rob’s prints directly to the estate - printed on archival paper, trimmed to precision on our Zund flatbed machine.

Alison was in the studio this week, signing and numbering every edition by hand.

Every print in this limited edition carries her signature in pencil on the border and comes with a certificate of authenticity - each one secured with a unique hologram sticker.

Alison Friend’s limited editions are in production this week.

Once Alison has approved the proofs, we create the editions on our 12 ink Canon large format printer, on Smooth Rag archival paper - a beautiful matt surface that captures the depth and texture of Alison’s brushwork with exceptional detail.

Every sheet is then trimmed on our Zund flatbed cutter, to an accuracy of 0.03mm.

Alison’s sale closes tomorrow - last few available now.

Alison Friend’s new limited editions are now live in her shop. ‘Storytime’ and ‘Cupcake’ - two new works, 250 editions each, signed and numbered by Alison.

Before a single print is made, David photographs the original paintings under controlled studio lighting, matching colour, capturing texture, getting as close as possible to what Alison put on canvas.

Colour accuracy is everything, we consult with Alison and she personally approves the printed proofs before they go into production.

What a joy it was to frame these lovely prints by Japanese designers Kawarazaki Shodo & Nakajima Chinami for .mcvey

Framed in Dark walnut and Oak hardwood mouldings, these natural woods accentuate the impeccable craftsmanship and delicate beauty of the prints.

They were glazed with museum glass for maximum clarity and protection.

We loved framing this rare landscape by friend of the studio and outstanding photographer Lee Jeffries.

Framed in a simple black moulding with a luxurious black window mount, we think the framing choice perfectly compliments Jeffries’ atmospheric and sophisticated artwork.

With our Digital Cutter we’re able to cut perfectly clean and precise window mounts in a variety of board types and sizes, ranging from miniatures to oversize.

A busy day in the studio printing for the fabulous and her latest print edition ‘Homage to Delaunay’.

This edition of 50 was printed on HAHNEMÜHLE H**P 290GSM paper from our Eco paper range.

Hemp’s lightly textured surface perfectly compliments Alison’s vibrant textile work and our 12-colour Canon giclée printer produces incredibly detailed prints with deep, saturated colors whilst retaining minute details, subtle tints and blends.

Each print has a Certificate of Authenticity and unique hologram for that extra bespoke touch.
