Could you spare a little time to help keep Marlow’s stories alive?

The Marlow Museum is looking for friendly volunteers to join our wonderful team.

From welcoming visitors to helping with events and exhibitions, volunteering is a great way to:
✨ Meet new people
✨ Learn fascinating local history
✨ Be part of something special in the community

You don’t need to be a history expert — just enthusiastic about Marlow and willing to lend a hand.

Even a few hours a month can make a huge difference.

Interested? Send us a message or email or visit our website to find out more about joining the team. https://www.marlowmuseum.org/volunteering/. If you have any questions, please contact Alice Le Page, Museum Manager, [email protected].

Right now, we’re looking for a few more helping hands.

Whether you love history, enjoy meeting people, or simply want to support something local, there’s a place for you here.

Volunteering can be flexible and we’re always happy to chat about what might suit you.

Interested in joining us? Send us a message, visit our website https://www.marlowmuseum.org/volunteering/. If you have any questions, please contact Alice Le Page, Museum Manager, [email protected].

Pauline Chase 1885 - 1962

Pauline Chase nee Bliss was an American actress who performed in both USA and England. She loved Marlow and is remembered through The Nymph statue by Leonard Merrifield on the causeway. Although there is no proof that Pauline was the model for the statue, it is commonly accepted as such.
