We are uniquely placed in a building which is a thriving local small business hub. The gallery space was created by the buildings owner and architect Tony Keller who wanted a space for Art to enrich the lives of the people working in the building and the general public. His patronage has meant we can do things that many galleries can't, such as low costs for artists in this difficult economic envi
ronment. We want people to come and enjoy looking at the arts and crafts made locally by people who love making things that people will enjoy for years to come in this beautiful old building. Located in Fenny Stratford just off Watling Street we are the only Art space in the south of Milton Keynes. As we continue to grow so does our aim to be more involved with the local community. The art centre is run by artists and volunteers with the aim to enrich and support the community and artists. Milton Keynes since it's inception has encouraged a thriving Art community, which in turn has worked closely with community projects and schools. It is unique in how closely the Art community is involved with all aspects of local community and projects. Bringing the diversity of people together and enriching everyone's lives. It is hoped that the Tecton Art Centre will add to this already established pedigree.
